The Approach.

For this project, our approach focused on two key areas.

1.

Support Program Delivery Team
AgCentric was engaged to support delivery of the 2026–27 program, working closely with the ABL Foundation team across facilitation, participant engagement, event delivery and leadership development activities throughout the 12-month program journey.

2.

Coordination & Facilitation
Our role includes coordinating and supporting key face-to-face events, facilitating online learning modules, emceeing networking and graduation activities, and helping foster meaningful industry connection and participant engagement across the cohort.

The Outcome.

The 2026/27 cohort commenced their leadership journey in May 2026.

As the program progresses, we look forward to sharing the journey along the way and reporting back on outcomes as the AgCentric team delivers to project deliverables.
