Madie Hamilton GAICD
With more than a decade of experience across stakeholder engagement, communications, professional development, and operations, Founder & Director - Madie Hamilton has built her career on helping organisations grow stronger and more connected.
Having held senior leadership roles within the agricultural industry, including most recently as the Australian Lot Feeders’ Association Chief Operating Officer, Madie has led high performing teams to drive operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and national training and events programs. In her earlier career spanning roles within multi-national commercial agribusinesses to other national representative bodies, Madie has delivered highly successful capability-building initiatives, awards programs, and industry-wide communications strategies.
Known for her no-nonsense, outcomes-driven approach, she brings both boardroom credibility and grassroots understanding of rural and regional business. Her strength lies in turning strategy into action — creating real solutions that deliver impact for agribusinesses, industry bodies, and regional organisations.
In 2025-26, Madie launched AgCentric, an integrated end-to-end consultancy as a way to assist more businesses to reach their full potential, by building capable people, aligning strategy, and strengthening governance.
