bulk handlers

Crop specifications are imported into WheatCalc from the data file available from your bulk handler. Accessing data files from each bulk handler is slightly different.

ABB
GrainCorp
CBH
AWB GrainFlow

ABB
1. Go to www.ezigrain.com.au.
2. Log on to Ezigrain with your username and password.
3. Download your crop specifications and save to C:\Program Files\WheatCalc\Import Data
4. In WheatCalc, go to the Crops menu and then Import Crops, select the bulk handler you wish to import from, click on the button to select your file to import, double click on your file then click import.
5. Ensure you double check all the data is correct and no deliveries have been duplicated, omitted or wrongly classified.

GrainCorp
1. Go to www.graincorp.com.au.
2. Select Online from the menu bar then Growers Page and Log In.
3. Select GrainTransact - Grower
4. Use the selection criteria to select the wheat you want to import.
5. At the footer of the page is an email service, to email the data to you. Ensure the email address is your current address and click to submit the form.
6. The file will appear in your inbox. Save this file to C:\Program Files\WheatCalc\Import Data. You may wish to give the file a common name i.e. Langoora 2006 so that you don't have multiple files saved in the import data folder.
7. In WheatCalc, go to the Crops menu and then Import Crops, select the bulk handler you wish to import from, click on the button to select your file to import, double click on your file then click import.
8. Ensure you double check all the data is correct and no deliveries have been duplicated, omitted or wrongly classified.

CBH
1. Go to www.cbh.com.au.
2. Select Grower Services from the menu bar and click on Loadnet.
3. Use your username and password to login.
4. Download your crop specifications and save to C:\Program Files\WheatCalc\Import Data
5. In WheatCalc, go to the Crops menu and then Import Crops, select the bulk handler you wish to import from, click on the button to select your file to import, double click on your file then click import.
6. Ensure you double check all the data is correct and no deliveries have been duplicated, omitted or wrongly classified.


AWB GrainFlow

1. Go to www.awb.com.au/AWBL/Launch/Site/AWBGrainFlow.
2. Select Login from the above page.
3. Enter User Name and Password then click Login.
4. Select Grower Portal.
5. Select Delivery Reports.
6. Select Grower Delivery Report, select report format as excel, create report and choose to open the report.
7. Delete any rows containing totals or blank rows.
8. Add the suffix AWB to the Site name ie Surat AWB (ensure to leave a space between Surat and AWB).
9. Select File then Save As and save in C:\Program Files\WheatCalc\Import Data
10. Rename File to your preferred file name ie Langoora 2006 (you may wish to add AWB to the name to differentiate it form files you have saved from other bulk handlers) Select CSV (comma delimited) as file type then click save.
11. In WheatCalc, go to the Crops menu and then Import Crops, select the bulk handler you wish to import from, click on the button to select your file to import, double click on your file then click import.
Ensure you double check all the data is correct and no deliveries have been duplicated, omitted or wrongly classified.
